Booking & Season Ticket terms

These terms apply to event bookings and Season Tickets bought on this website. Version 20 October 2026.

Event bookings

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
When you book, your places are held as payment pending for a limited time. Unpaid holds are released.
Your booking is only confirmed after Stripe verifies your card payment or, for Tide, an organiser matches your payment. Returning from a payment page does not confirm it. You can see its status in My TPT.
Each attendee's name is used to admit them on the night.
Refunds: we don't offer refunds if you change your mind or can't attend. If The Property Thing cancels an event, we'll refund the tickets you bought for it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
For an explicitly labelled paid provisional booking, payment reserves a provisional place, not guaranteed venue entry or a session time. Venue booking and session times await confirmation. You will receive a full refund if TPT cannot secure your place at the venue or if the confirmed session time does not suit you. These exceptions to the standard no-change-of-mind policy are acknowledged separately before card checkout (provisional policy 2026-10-21-provisional-v2). Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Event tickets may be transferred to another attendee. For help updating the attendee details, email daphne@81northdesign.com.

A one-off payment, not a subscription.
Personal to one named holder. A permanent transfer to another holder requires organiser approval. You may not lend or share your pass, or substitute a friend for an individual event you miss.
Includes one place at each of up to 12 eligible monthly TPT networking nights within the 12-month pass term. The 12 months start on the date of the first eligible event on or after your purchase, never earlier. Breakfasts, socials, Christmas events and full-day specials are excluded unless the event says otherwise.
You reserve each included place with your pass code and email. Places are subject to the event's capacity.
The pass is only active after Stripe verifies your card payment or, for Tide, an organiser matches your payment, and the first eligible event date is resolved. If that date cannot be resolved, the pass stays under review.
Founding price: the first 20 paid Season Tickets. After that the regular price applies.
Refunds: we don't offer refunds if you change your mind, miss an event or can't attend. If The Property Thing cancels the whole Season Ticket, we'll refund your pass. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
If we cancel a single event that your pass covers, we'll either extend your pass so you still get your full number of eligible nights, or offer you a replacement event. It is not a full pass refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
