Privacy notice

We use the name, email and other details you give us to manage your booking or Season Ticket, admit you to events and contact you about them.

We only send marketing emails if you tick the optional box. That choice is separate from your booking, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you agree, your name and email are shared with our email newsletter provider, Mailchimp.

Card payments are handled by our bank, Tide, through its secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

At event check-in you can separately choose to join the Who's Who directory (seen only by other guests who've shared a profile, for a limited time), enter the prize draw, or get our emails. None of these is required to attend. Under-18s can't share contact details, enter the draw or sign up for emails. Directory profiles can be edited or withdrawn from your private link, and are deleted after the retention period the organisers set.

Booking records are visible only to authorised TPT organisers. To access or delete your data, contact us via our Facebook community.

Still to be confirmed by The Property Thing: the data controller's legal name and address, a contact email for privacy requests, how long booking records are kept, and the legal basis for each use.
