The Property Thing November Special – Ritchie Clapson

Join The Property Thing for an evening of property networking with Ritchie Clapson on Thursday 12 November 2026, from 18:00 to 22:00 GMT. Ritchie is co-founder of propertyCEO and brings more than 40 years of experience in property development and structural engineering. His talk will explore small-to-medium property development opportunities and exit planning. The evening also includes networking with Paul Million and Anthony Boyce. Venue: Blackwell Grange Hotel, Grange Road, Darlington DL3 8QH. Website tickets: £7.50 early bird until 00:00 GMT on 29 October 2026; £15 standard from that time. Bring a first-time guest: website paid-ticket buyers can request a complimentary place for a guest who has never attended TPT before. Email daphne@81northdesign.com before the event with the guest’s name and contact details. Daphne must approve and confirm the guest in advance; buying a ticket or sending an email does not automatically issue a free guest ticket.
